Product Help
Device Compatibility
Compatibility can mean three different things: a device can charge, attach magnetically, or support the charger’s maximum speed. These are not always the same.
Before you buy
- Check your exact phone, watch, earbuds or tablet model.
- Check whether your device supports wireless charging, magnetic alignment or both.
- Confirm whether the product needs a magnetic case, ring, specific adapter or cable.
- Check the product page for model-specific charging limits.
iPhone
Wireless charging, magnetic attachment and maximum charging speed vary by iPhone generation and charger standard. Use a magnetic-compatible case when magnetic attachment is required.
Apple Watch
Apple Watch requires a dedicated watch charging module. A standard Qi phone charging pad does not charge Apple Watch.
AirPods
Wireless charging only works with AirPods cases that support wireless charging. Some older or replacement cases require cable charging.
Samsung and other Android phones
Many Galaxy phones support Qi wireless charging, while magnetic attachment may require a magnetic case or ring.
Cases and accessories
Thick cases, metal plates, wallets, ring holders and poorly positioned accessories can affect charging.
